StoreCheck
Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using StoreCheck. They are written to match the current product and do not replace rights that cannot legally be waived.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
The service
StoreCheck audits Shopify catalog data using deterministic checks, prioritizes findings, and provides review, comparison, and supported export/fix-pack workflows. StoreCheck is not Shopify, and Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. StoreCheck is not a substitute for your own review of product, pricing, inventory, tax, legal, accessibility, or SEO decisions.
Your account and stores
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for connecting only stores/catalogs you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to access another merchant’s scans, stores, billing, or credentials, bypass plan limits, interfere with the service, or use StoreCheck for unlawful activity.
Merchant control of changes
Scanning is intended to be read-only. Findings and fix guidance can be incomplete or inappropriate for a particular business context. Review proposed changes before applying them. AI Fix Packs and Approved Fix Packs are assistance/export workflows; they do not remove your responsibility to verify product data before import or publication.
Plans and billing
The Free plan and paid Pro plan provide the limits/features shown in StoreCheck’s current pricing interface. Paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe at the checkout price you select. The current advertised Pro prices are €19 monthly or €190 yearly. Renewal, cancellation, invoice, and payment-method management are handled through Stripe’s billing flow/portal. If payment or subscription status no longer qualifies for Pro, StoreCheck may reduce entitlements to the Free level.
Availability and changes
StoreCheck may change features, limits, integrations, or pricing as the product evolves. Existing paid billing terms shown by Stripe govern the active subscription until changed through the applicable billing flow. The service can experience maintenance, provider outages, Shopify/Stripe API changes, or other interruptions.
No guaranteed outcomes
StoreCheck does not guarantee search ranking, revenue, conversion improvement, error-free catalogs, uninterrupted availability, or that every Shopify issue will be detected. Health scores are StoreCheck’s explainable catalog-quality signals, not financial or legal advice.
Your data
You retain responsibility for the catalog/account data you submit or connect. You grant StoreCheck permission to process that data only as needed to provide and secure the service, apply entitlements, support you, and operate the limited analytics described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StoreCheck is provided without a promise that every finding or suggested fix is correct for every merchant. You should keep appropriate Shopify exports/backups and verify material catalog changes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Questions
Use the StoreCheck contact form for support, billing questions, privacy requests, or questions about these terms.
